Custom gears & precision CNC machining of all metals & plastics. Prototype to production. Tolerances up to .0005" Turning & vertical machining centers. Specialize in complex parts, 3 & 4 axis modeling, programming & milling (30" x 60" x 28") turning (15.0" dia. x 34") jig/surface grinding & wire EDM. Gears including spurs, helicals, worms, bevels, spirals, splines, serrations, sprockets, broaching & pulleys. Assemblies: electromechanical, brazing/welding, engineering & design support, CMM inspection, reverse engineering.
